Heli Pads for taxes, will IBM Property base taxes be restored. And all hardship reductions collected again? The past NY State and Yorktown agreement with IBM was never audited. Will the on going building work and parking lot upgrade void the present reduced tax payments. Will IBM again make threats to move to China. There taxes have been reduced for many years? Poor IBM! Its time for the County and Town to look at there property tax base. IBM Stock is at a new high. Each Heli Copter taxi ride from JFK is worth about $2000. To Yorktown Compare that to the Bazzo Atom Taxi, per mile, plus tolls.
